Prices, taxes and shipping

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Any applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimated shipping times are shown at checkout or on the product page.

Returns and exchanges

Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please email us first so we can help. Personalized items, including Crowscope keepsakes, can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong.

Damaged or wrong items

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll replace the item or refund you, including shipping.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return (or approving a damaged-item claim).

Not a donation

Shop purchases are merchandise. Crow’s Pass is not a registered charity, and purchases don’t receive tax receipts.
