Not numbered doors and a parking lot. A roost with your own name on the door, a garden path to your neighbour, and a common house for the kitchen-table nights. Every roost is different, because every one of us is.
The Roost and the common house
The Roost is our heart and first community, with a common house for shared meals, celebrations, mentorship and kitchen parties. Every crow brings something to the table: a dish you’re famous for, a skill you could teach, a story only you can tell.
Community across the island
Small Crow’s Pass clusters near towns, and later out in rural communities, all connected back to the Roost. No woman on her own, wherever she lives.

As an illustration with example numbers: the same 10 acres could hold one mansion for two people, or 16 little roosts and a common house for 16 women 55+.
The land
This is not luxury development. It’s community development, for people, not for profit: private cottages around a shared common house, with neighbours who actually show up.
Landowners, we want to hear from you: land sitting quiet, an old farmhouse or homestead, or a property with more room than you need. Ocean views not required. Good ground and good neighbours are.
Built to last
Net-zero energy is the big goal, built through community and partnership. Active for as long as life allows.
