Crow’s Pass is an early-stage, proposed community initiative. Nothing on this site is an offer of housing, land, a residence, an investment or a service, and nothing is guaranteed. Plans, costs, residency criteria and timelines have not been set, and they may change or may not happen. Concept art and illustrative images are not plans, a site or real residents.

Gifts and purchases

Crow’s Pass is not a registered charity. Gifts and shop purchases don’t receive tax receipts. They are not investments and give no ownership, interest, return or priority for housing.
